shinyplanr in Kosrae and Vanuatu

For the past two years, we have been working with the Waitt Institute as part of the Blue Prosperity Coalition. The Waitt Institute partners with governments and communities to develop sustainable, science-based spatial plans that balance conservation, livelihoods, and cultural values. Together, we have rapidly developed shinyplanr and deployed it for use in target island states such as Kosrae in the Federated States of Micronesia, a small island state (195 km2). shinyplanr is currently being used to engage stakeholders in Kosrae, and help to teach them about the spatial planning process.
